§ 119.21 INSPECTION; STAMP AND SEAL.
   It shall be the duty of the City Sealer to inspect and examine at least once in every three months, all weights and measures used for weighing or measuring any substance, article, or thing in the city, and if he finds the same to be accurate, to stamp such weights and measures with an appropriate stamp or seal, and deliver to the owner thereof a certificate of their accuracy, and if he finds the same inaccurate or incorrect, he shall so notify the owner or person in possession thereof, and it shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to use or suffer or permit to be used any weight of measure that is not correct or accurate.
