There is hereby adopted by reference the State of Illinois Raffles Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 15, § 2. Three copies of the Act will be maintained on file in the office of the City Clerk and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and from the effective date hereof the provisions thereof shall be controlling with the limits of the city. The Act requires that certain provisions are made by a municipal corporation. Those provisions follow this section.
