No person to whom a license shall be issued as provided in this chapter shall suffer or permit the hotel, rooming house, or lodging house to which such license shall be issued, to be used as a house of ill- fame, brothel, bawdy house, or disorderly house, for the purpose of prostitution, fornication, or lewdness; or other immoral practice to be carried on therein.
