§ 115.19 CANCELLATION OF LICENSE.
   The City Council may cancel an license issued hereunder for violation of any provision hereof. Before such cancellation, however, the licensee shall be notified and shall have a hearing before the Council, if demanded. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to deprive the city of power to revoke any license issued.
