§ 31.167 MAINTAIN BUILDING; POLICE POWERS.
   He shall, under the direction of the Department Head for Parks and Cemeteries, keep in good repair the fences or enclosures around the cemetery, and all vaults and building therein belonging to the city. He shall have all the powers of a police patrolman within the bounds of the city cemeteries.
