§ 110.11 EXCEPTIONS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as applying to sales by executors, administrators, constables, trustees or other persons selling by virtue of their office or to the preventing of any farmer, gardener, fruit or vine grower from selling his products, including meats from stock grown on his farm, ( which shall include trees, shrubs and other such produce), on the streets or from house to house in the city; provided that, in so doing, no such farmer, gardener, fruit or vine grower shall be permitted to obstruct the streets, alleys, or public places in the city as provided by ILCS Ch. 505, Act 70, § 1.
