§ 110.10 LIABILITY OF EMPLOYEES.
   Nothing in this chapter shall authorize any such itinerant merchant or transient vendor of merchandise to sell any goods, wares or merchandise at auction in the city without first having obtained an auctioneer's license for such purpose.
