All licenses shall be subject to all ordinances and regulations which may be in force at the time of issuing thereof, and all ordinances which subsequently may be passed by the City Council; and if any person so licensed shall violate any of the provisions of any ordinance regulating or relating to the business for which he is licensed, he shall be proceeded against for any fine or penalty imposed thereby, and upon conviction the Mayor may, in his discretion, revoke his license.
