§ 97.062 RESTRICTION ON LOWERING GRADE ON PARKING STRIP.

No person shall lower the grade of any parking strip or surface any parking strip with concrete or other substance except in the construction of drives and approaches, for use as a public sidewalk or in widening the paved portion of any street.
