§ 97.045 APPROVAL OF CITY ENGINEER REQUIRED.
   The City Engineer shall inspect all work during the conduct of the same and on completion of said work said person doing such digging or excavating shall obtain the written approval from the City Engineer before they shall be released from liability under their bond.
