§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500 for any one offense.
   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of § 94.01 shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500, or the city may be ordered to correct the violation, or all of the foregoing for any one offense. The minimum fine to be levied against a person convicted of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be $25, and should the city be ordered to correct the violation existing, the person convicted shall pay for the city's correction of said violation, and the city may impose a lien upon the premises until the cost of said correction shall be fully paid. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day, during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
