Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. If any person licensed as a real estate broker under this chapter shall be convicted more than once of violating any provision hereof, the penalty shall be the suspension from practice of the licensee for a period of 30 days for the second conviction, and the permanent revocation of the real estate broker's license issued under this chapter for the third conviction.
