§ 31.063 MONTHLY AND ANNUAL REPORTS.
   (A)   Monthly reports. The City Treasurer shall present to the City Council at its first regular meeting in such month, his report in writing, showing the state of the City Treasury at the end of the previous month, and the balance in the Treasury to the credit of each department of the city funds. Such report shall contain an itemized statement of all money received into the Treasury and on what account received, and also of all moneys paid out and on what account.

   (B)   Annual report. The Treasurer shall annually at the first regular meeting in the month of May of each year, report in writing to the Council, all receipts of the city and from what source obtained, and all expenditures of the city, according to the different department funds, during the preceding fiscal year; and he shall in such report show the condition of the City Treasury at the close of such fiscal year.
