(A) Any person who violated any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be punished by a fine of $100 plus court costs normally assessed by the Henry County Circuit Court.
(B) A second or subsequent offense by any person who violated any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be punished by a fine of no less than $250 but not more than $750, plus court costs normally assessed by the Henry County Circuit Court.
(C) Any second or subsequent offense shall result in the revocation of the permit for a period of not less than one nor more than three years.
(D) To the extent that any violation of this subchapter also constitutes a violation of a criminal statute of the State of Illinois, then the violator shall also be subject to criminal prosecution.
