(A) All-terrain vehicles (ATV) as defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code, go-carts, and all other vehicles that do not meet the requirements set forth in this subchapter are not authorized on the roadways of the City of Kewanee.
(B) Low-speed vehicles as defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code under 625 ILCS 5/1-140.7 are prohibited from operating on any and all streets under the jurisdiction of the city as they are not subject to inspection which could jeopardize public safety.
