§ 41.02 AGGREGATION OF ELECTRICAL LOAD.
   (A)   The City Council may operate an Aggregation Program in the manner provided by the Act.
   (B)   The Aggregation Program shall be operated pursuant to an opt-out procedure in accordance with the Act.
