§ 99.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99.

(B) Any person who shall violate any provision of § 99.10 shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not less than $250 nor more than $750.
