§ 36.82 FILING WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE.
   The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of Ordinance No. 3603, and any other required documentation, with the Illinois Department of Revenue, in accordance with the Department's requirements, before October 1, 2009, so the tax may commence on January 1, 2010.
