§ 36.45 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR PASSENGER BUSES. Any self-propelled motor vehicles which are used in the furnishing of motor passenger service, not on fixed rails, over fixed or regular routes.
