(A) Whoever shall violate the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500. The minimum fine for any offense of this chapter shall be $100. In addition to said fines, violators shall be responsible for any and all damages to public and private property and improvements arising from their failure to comply with this section.
(B) A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
