(A) Households violating the alert or emergency shall be guilty of a violation and shall be issued a citation by a city or county law enforcement official with the following schedule of fines:
1st violation Warning
2nd violation $200 fine
Each additional violation $200 fine

(B) Noncompliance with any mandatory requirements of §§ 51.20 - 51.23 shall constitute a violation, the penalty for which is a fine not to exceed the sum of $250. Any person who violates the requirements of Level 4 Conservation shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 and up to 90 days imprisonment. Each day in violation of the terms of this subchapter shall constitute a separate offense.
