Upon adoption of resolutions or ordinances by those counties enumerated in § 33.20 establishing the Northern Kentucky Housing Commission, or such of them as shall adopt such resolutions or ordinances, this Fiscal Court shall by resolution or order appoint the representative of the county who shall serve as a member of the Northern Kentucky Housing Commission. Such appointments shall become effective at the times and in the manner provided in KRS 80.320 et seq.
