The Fiscal Court hereby authorizes and directs that the Northern Kentucky Housing Commission be established in accordance with the Act, upon adoption of resolutions or ordinances by Campbell County, Boone County, Pendleton County and Grant County declaring the need and establishing the Northern Kentucky Housing Commission, or upon adoption of such resolutions or ordinances by such of the foregoing counties as shall constitute contiguous counties within the meaning of KRS 80.320 et seq. In accordance with the findings of this Fiscal Court heretofore set forth, the purpose of establishing the Commission is to provide for the Program consistent with the purposes of KRS 80.320 et seq. and this subchapter.
