The Law Director is hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary and appropriate action in any court of law to collect delinquent accounts within the Department of Water and Sanitary Sewage in amounts in excess of five hundred dollars ($500.00) as and when the same are delinquent for more than sixty days, upon the written request of the Safety-Service Director.
