EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 1021, passed August 24, 1970, as amended by Ordinance 1784, passed December 14,1970, authorized a union of the City Health District with the Hardin County General Health District and provided that the Combined Health District should be administered by a Combined Board of Health. Copies of all relevant legislation may be obtained from the Clerk of Council.
