238.02 AUTHORITY OF DEPARTMENT.

The operation and maintenance of the Department of Water and Sanitary Sewage in its entirety within the City and the operation and maintenance of the sewerage system, together with the collection of water and sewer rental charges and the supervision of the water and sewerage systems, shall be done and performed by the Department of Water and Sanitary Sewage. (Ord. 1084. Passed 1-25-55.)
