1439.048 GAS OR LIQUID STORAGE TANKS.

Within Zones A, A1-A30, AE, AO, or AH, new or substantially improved above ground gas or liquid storage tanks shall be anchored to prevent flotation or lateral movement resulting from hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads.
