1434.04 PROXIMITY TO SIDEWALKS.

No billboard, signboard or other similar structure for advertising purposes shall be erected within twelve feet from any public sidewalk immediately abutting the lot upon which such billboard, signboard or structure is erected, provided that this section and Section 1434.03 shall not apply to any advertising sign painted on, nor to any billboard or advertising signboard firmly fixed to, any wall or building.
