1434.03 LOCATION WITHIN TWO BLOCKS OF PUBLIC SQUARE; PERMIT REQUIRED.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 1434.04, no billboard, signboard or other similar structure used for advertising purposes, shall be erected within two blocks of the Public Square in the City without the person owning, controlling or operating such billboard, signboard or structure having first obtained permission of Council therefor.
