1402.28 AMENDMENTS OF FHA MINIMUM PROPERTY STANDARDS CODE.
   The FHA Minimum Property Standards for One and Two Living Units, as adopted in Section 1402.27, is hereby amended as follows:
   FHA Chapter I (Required Exhibits) is hereby deleted.
   FHA Chapter II (Compliance Inspections) is hereby deleted.
   FHA Chapter IV (General Acceptability Criteria) is hereby deleted.
   FHA Chapter XI (Individual Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Systems) is hereby deleted.
   FHA Chapter XII (Lot Improvements) is hereby deleted.
