1072.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1072.01 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and, in addition, shall be required to take up any body interred contrary to Section 1072.01 and cause the same to be buried outside the corporate limits of the City.
