1072.01 INTERMENT AND BURIAL IN PIONEER CEMETERY PARK PROHIBITED.
   No person shall bury or inter the dead in the cemetery known as Pioneer Cemetery or in any part thereof. The real estate included in Pioneer Cemetery is more particularly described as follows: situated in the State of Ohio, County of Hardin, Township of Pleasant and City of Kenton, and being more fully bounded and described as follows: commencing at a stake on the south side line of Section 33, Township 4, Range 11 South, adjoining lands of William Wilmeth on the south and thence eighty-five and one-half degrees east eleven poles to a stake; thence north three and one-half degrees west twenty-two poles to the State road leading from Marion to Kenton, adjoining lands of Horace Church; thence along the second road eighty-one and one-half degrees west eleven and one- half poles to a stake; thence south three and one-half degrees east thirty-five and one-half poles adjoining lands on the west of Kirby and Wear containing one acre and a half, being the same more or less.
   The real estate included in Pioneer Cemetery may also be described as follows: bounded on the north by West Franklin Street, on the east by Scioto Street and on the west and south by alleys.
