169.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates the provisions of 169.07, 169.08, 169.09, 169.10, 169.11, 169.12, 169.13, 169.14, 169.15, and 169.17 of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined in section 501.99 of the Kent Codified Ordinances. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2007-94. Passed 9-19-07.)
