165.10 PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY.

Robert's Rules of Order, Revised, shall govern the conduct of the Park and Recreation Board in all cases where they are applicable and where they are not in conflict with the By-Laws. (Ord. 1976-11. Passed 2-4-76.)
