The By-Laws of the Kent Park and Recreation Board may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the Board by a majority approval of its members, provided that notification of the proposed amendment shall be given by mail to all Board members at least thirty days prior to the date of the meeting at which the action is to be taken, and provided that such amendment be approved by ordinance of Council.
