165.01 NAME; BY-LAWS ADOPTED.

Pursuant to the City Charter, Section 8.03, By-Laws for the Park and Recreation Board are hereby adopted in this chapter; the name of the Board shall be the Kent Park and Recreation Board. (Ord. 1976-11. Passed 2-4-76.)
