All pertinent provisions of §§ 51.20 et seq. are hereby made a part of the terms and conditions of any contract whereby the Town of Kenly furnishes sewer service or water service to any individual or corporate entity or other association or performs any work of any kind in connection with the furnishing of a sewer service or water service.
