(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or the agents and employees of any firm or corporation, to dump or otherwise deposit trash, garbage or other waste or material on the Kenly trash dump located on State Rural Road No. 2347, or the area surrounding the fence enclosing it.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or the agents and employees of any firm or corporation, to linger, loiter, go upon or otherwise trespass upon the trash dump or the area surrounding the fence enclosing it.
(C) As notice to the public, the Chief of Police of the Town of Kenly shall cause to be posted on and in various places around the trash dump signs warning the public that no dumping or trespassing of any kind is permitted on the premises.
