(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to discharge, dump, or spread any untreated sewage on any street, alley, lot, or other place in the Town of Kenly except in those sanitary systems of sewage disposal described in G.S. §§ 130A-47 et seq. or 130A-333 et seq.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to dump or discharge garbage or waste on any street, alley, or lot in the Town of Kenly.
