§ 50.01 GARBAGE CANS REQUIRED.

The occupant of each and every residence, apartment, or other living quarters shall be required to display a garbage can not to exceed a 30-gallon capacity, and the can shall be located within easy access to a street, for use of the town in picking up of garbage in the manner and at the times to be determined by the Town Council.
