§ 32.32  ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   The election of officers for the ensuing year, a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman, and secretary shall take place at the regular meeting in June of each year. A nominating committee of 3 members shall be appointed by the Chairman. At the May meeting (or before) they shall bring in the nominees for these offices.
   (B)   The new officers shall take office at the regular July meeting each year.
