§ 32.30  ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   (A)   Establishment. There is hereby established a Library Advisory Board in the Town of Kenly hereby known as the Library Board.
   (B)   Purpose. The Library Board shall serve as an advisory body for the Library Department and the town. The Board shall serve as a liaison between the Library Department, Town Manager, Town Council, and citizens of the community. The Board shall consult with and advise the Library Department, Town Manager and Town Council in matters affecting library policies, programs, personnel, finances, and related issues.
