§ 155.08  ESTABLISHMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
   A Floodplain Development Permit shall be required in conformance with the provisions of this chapter prior to the commencement of any development activities within Special Flood Hazard Areas as determined in § 155.07.
