(A) Pursuant to the authority granted it by statute, the town shall declare as unsafe and a public nuisance any building which is found by the town to be in such a dilapidated or deteriorated state of disrepair or other substandard condition as to be dangerous to life, health or other property, or to constitute a fire or safety hazard.
(B) Such declaration by the town shall be in writing and shall constitute an order of condemnation for the purposes of this article.
(C) The town shall take appropriate action to correct or remove any conditions causing a building to be declared unsafe and a public nuisance.
