§ 153.002  PERMITS REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   An approved zoning permit from the Town of Kenly and any applicable, approved building permit(s) are required from the county having jurisdiction (Johnston or Wilson) prior to the initiation of construction of any swimming pool.
