§ 151.061  INSPECTIONS; RIGHTS OF ENTRY.
   For the purpose of making inspections, the inspector is hereby authorized to enter, examine, and survey at all reasonable times, nonresidential buildings and structures. If entry upon the premises for purposes of investigation is necessary, such entry shall be made pursuant to a duly issued administrative search warrant in accordance with G.S. § 15-27.2 or with permission of the owner, the owner's agent, a tenant, or other person legally in possession of the premises.
