§ 150.023  FEES.
   (A)   Zoning permit fees shall be established by the Town Council and available in the current year Fee Schedule. A copy of the Fee Schedule shall be maintained in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (B)   Building permit fees shall be as established by the County Commissioners of the county with appropriate jurisdiction. Schedules of such fees shall be maintained on file in the offices of the appropriate Inspections Department.
