§ 111.01  DRINKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   No person shall consume malt beverages or unfortified wine, as defined by G.S. § 18B-101, on or within the rights-of-way of the public streets, boulevards, alleys, and sidewalks, or in municipal parks, within the Town of Kenly.
