For the purpose of §§ 110.15 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEPARTMENT. Police Department of the Town of Kenly.
GAME ROOM. Any place of business that operates 4 or more mechanical games or pay devices for which charge is made directly or indirectly (included by way of illustration, video games), provided that the games or pay devices shall not include vending machines or photo laminating machine.
INTERESTED PARTY. Any person, partnership, or corporation which is an applicant for a license or who is an employee of an applicant for a license, any person who is a partner in a partnership which is an applicant for a license and any person, partnership, or corporation which is an officer, director, or principal stockholder of a corporation which is an applicant for a license.
