(A) Unless otherwise noted and posted, there will be a curfew in KAPARC beginning at 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. each day. There will be an exception to this curfew if one is participating in an organized recreational function. Once that function is over, one has 15 minutes to vacate the park.
(B) Grady Park, Corbett Street Park and Lincoln Drive Park shall be open to the public from dawn until dusk. Exceptions to this curfew must be requested and approved in advance by the Town Manager or his or her authorized representative.
